Scouting for Food pick up was this past Saturday. At 1st we were discouraged b/c we didn't think our area of pick up had left much food and at the firehouse when we 1st started boxing up the food it was very slim. Well, we didn't need to worry since very soon the floors of the firehouse were covered with bags and bags and bags of food. It was awesome and the boys worked very hard filling the boxes up and loading them onto the trailer.

Thanks to everyone who put food out on their front porch on Saturday. The Boy Scouts collected about 2.2 million cans of food. Awesome Job!!
